The Governing Board appoints a Superintendent and Treasurer to conduct the day-to-day operations of the Center. They are responsible for the oversight of ESC programs, initiatives, projects and personnel. To Facilitate operations, the Center has three Executive Directors (one per county) to oversee all agency activities in that area. It also has five cohort leaders who manage specific Center programs. The Superintendent, Treasurer, Executive Directors, and Cohort Leaders form the Center's Executive Team. Superintendent
